Father

Father,

When i fall and hurt myself,

Tears would roll down your cheeks.

Yet, You would stretch out Your mighty arm and pull me up,

With words of encouragement and comfort,

You raise me up again.

When i’m surrounded by enemies in the battlefield,

You would say to me,

“Call out to my name,

and I will strike your enemies to the ground!”

When my legs start to tire,

There You will be, cheering me on,

Telling me not to give up,

and there is still a long way to go.

For there is a crown waiting for me.

When i stray away from Your way,

You would shine Your Light on me,

With Your Word and Your Light,

You guide me back to the path of Righteousness.

When storms are brewing,

lightnings flashing and thunders roaring,

You would take me into Your wings,

giving me refuge in Your fortress,

And peace and safety would be with me.

Your unceasing Love, unrivalled.

You are worthy of all praises

Even if i cease worshipping You,

The pebbles will praise You.

Let all that have mouths praise You,

Let all that have knees bow down.

For You are the LORD our God.

Freshness

The storm has passed. Freshness blankets the green grasses, birds chirping, dew forms on the emerald blades...

13072009- Finally after stormy days, the Sun shines again, figuratively and literally.

The idiotic 'ceramah' passed away a few weeks ago, so is the 'pembentangan' and the tests. i finally found the equilibrium between study and fun. Also i understand what my Principles, Basics, and ES1 are talking about. It's like the cloud over my head has cleared, and everything seems to be falling into place and making sense now. All is calm, for now...

However, dark clouds are slowly forming over the horizon. New troubles begin to reveal. The basketball assignment that is due Thursday, basketball skills test, role play for English. The assignment that is due this Thursday i haven't even started it yet. As for the skills test, two problems in one major one, i cannot get the lay-ups right. The least of the problems is the English language role-play, which i or we don't have to speak for very long.

Fortunately, all bad things will pass, then good will come out of it. One thing i learned this few weeks is that to look beyond the dark clouds and towards the ever-shining Sun behind it; and to see His will behind all that was, that is and that will happen. May GOD bless us all.
